| Rugby World Cup: More Tickets for the Fans |
Although more than two million tickets are already being sold of the Rugby World Cup, the organizers have made additional 30,000 tickets available through returns via commercial programmers, extra seats at venues and from those people who have released theirs as they cannot attend. There was huge demand for the tickets among the fans which was unprecedented. On Thursday 25 June these 30,000 tickets will go for sale at 10:00 BST which includes five matches at Twickenham Stadium. 80,000 tickets will be available in total for 26 matches which will take places in different venues. In five of these fixtures category C and D prices will be available. For the opening ceremony 3,000 tickets will be available and for the match between England and Fiji 3,000 will be also available which will hold on the September 18.
Steve Brown, the Managing director of England Rugby 2015 said
With over two million tickets sold and less than 100 days to go, the appetite to watch the world's best teams is continuing to grow.
He also added that the latest releases of tickets will give the fans another chance to see the home team to play against Fiji and Uruguay and to enjoy two quarter-finals too. The following chart shows games for which the tickets will be available and where they will be played.
